Former Clark County GOP chair Gellatly running for Vancouver council

The former leader of the Clark County Republican Party is running for Vancouver City Council.
David Gellatly announced his bid for Position 3, the seat currently held by Mayor Pro Tem Linda Glover. Glover doesn’t plan to seek re-election in November.
